I think this chocolate chip almond butter muffin recipe should be near the top of your next recipe to-make list. If there’s one thing I love doing – it’s creating a muffin recipe! You can opt to make these muffins vegan as well (note in recipe).

If you prefer a different muffin recipe, you should really check out this oil-free cinnamon oat muffin recipe. These muffins came about in an interesting way. I originally intended on adding a little oil to the batter while creating the recipe.

But I only remembered the oil after I put the muffin pan in the oven. I just decided to let the muffins finish baking anyway. After they were finished baking, I tried a muffin (expecting a disappointing taste and flavor). Turns out – the muffin was absolutely yummy, soft and perfectly fluffy!
And to think that I almost didn’t go through with the recipe..

Healthy Yet Tasty

Since I’ve been creating recipes, I’ve always wanted to create healthy ones. But there’s more to a recipe than just being healthy. It has to be pleasing to the palate as well, or else; what’s the point (don’t you agree?).

It’s easy to assume that healthy food won’t taste as good, but there’s plenty of recipes available nowadays that are both healthy and full of flavor. One such example is this food blog: Here you can find a wealth of healthy baking recipes that taste really good as well. I can only hope to achieve this same dedication and expertise with my own food blog.

So don’t let a recipe being healthy dissuade you from trying it out – because it most likely will exceed your expectations. And you’ll be consuming less unhealthy junk food at the same time.
