Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 - 2 tbsp dairy-free or regular mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp light oil such as vegetable oil, organic canola oil, etc.
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 tbsp honey (or try using maple syrup for a vegan option)
  • 2 tbsp and 2 1/2 tsp dairy-free or regular milk

Instructions
 

  • In large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients well. *If you have to - use your hands to make sure all of the ingredients are incorporated* Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Use about 1 1/2 tbsp dough to make around 9 cookies. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
    Make sure to press slightly down on the top of the dough to flatten before placing in the oven. Bake cookies for 11-12 minutes until lightly browned. Enjoy!
