Materials

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Dash salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 3/4 cup and 2 tsp unsweetened dairy-free milk or regular milk for non-vegans

Instructions

  • Combine all of the dry ingredients first in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add in the wet ingredients and combine just till the batter is mostly smooth.
  • In a lightly oiled frying pan on low-medium heat; fry the pancakes for two minutes on the first side, and for an extra minute on the other side.
  • Top pancakes with your favorites such as maple syrup, a little butter, etc..
