This healthy whole wheat chocolate chip mug cake is absolutely delicious and the perfect healthy dessert.

- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup spelt flour or you can substitute regular flour
- Dash salt
- 1 tbsp light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp mini dairy-free or regular chocolate chips
- 1/2 tbsp almond or creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup dairy-free or regular milk *if needed - add in a couple more tablespoons*
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in small bowl, and then add to a lightly oiled ramekin or small baking dish.
Top with a few more chocolate chips if desired before baking for around 28-30 minutes or until well done.
Allow to cool for a couple of minutes if you can, before eating.
